When you activate Zectron products, request for after-sales service, you may provide us with information about your Zectron device, including model and serial number. Our after-sales team may ask for your product information to provide the service you requested.
When you activate the Zectron app, you may provide us with geolocation information. In order to provide your location, you may be required to enable certain features of your mobile phone (such as Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth).
When you access or use our Services, we receive certain usage or network activity information. This includes information about your interaction with the Services, for example, when you view or search content, install applications or software, create or log into your account, pair your device to your account.
We use cookies and other similar technologies (e.g. pixels etc.) on Zectron websites and online services. Cookies are used to collect information, including personal data, from you. Cookies are small files which, when placed on your device, enable us to provide certain features and functionality.
