Intro

We are committed to improving customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your Zectron online purchase, please review the Zectron Limited Warranty and follow the return process steps below.All products purchased through our website must fulfill these conditions in order to be entitled to a return/exchange.

RETURN POLICY

You can cancel your order if it hasn’t left our warehouse, get in touch with our customer service hi@zectronebikes.com for an order cancellation.

Users have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date they receive the product from zectron.
To be eligible for a return, Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) Form should be completed and sent to us at hi@zectronebikes.com with two close-up photos of received merchandise (both defective & non-defective) within 7 days of received date. We will not accept merchandise that has been used.
All unused returned product must be in its original packaging and have a receipt or proof of purchase is subject to a 30% restocking charge and must be returned freight prepaid.
If the items are found/received used, but claimed to be unused, You will be charged for the full amount and additional shipping fee will be charged to be shipped back. Shipping charges incurred during checkout are not refundable. Please note that all return packages or items without RMA # would be denied.(RMA Form must be submitted to hi@zectronebikes.com).
Users must write the RMA number in a clean paper and attach it on the outer box of its original package. In order to avoid any potential damage to the paper, the paper should be fully covered with the Scotch tape.

RETURN PROCESS

Returns will be processed within 7 days of receiving. You will be notified in 2 business days via email once your RMA form has been filled out and sent back to us. Once RMA # has been sent out to you upon approval, we will be issuing the return/refund amount to your bank. Please note that your refund may take up to five days to show on your credit/bank statement depending on your bank. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of received date following below steps: •Fill out the RMA form. (Please include your order number along with two pictures of the package/items you wish to return) and submit to hi@zectronebikes.com. •Pack product with suitable packaging materials. Ensuring the return includes merchandise in original, unused condition, with original packing materials, and affix return label to your return. •If the items are defective (with original package/sealed/never opened nor used/worn), we will be sending you a return label to your indicated (RMA form) address. •If the items are non-defective items, you will be sending out the items in unopened/packaged/sealed/never used with original condition to our warehouse location.

Receive your refund/credit will be issued to your bank in 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is completed.

EXCHANGE

Due to high demand, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. Tip: You’ll get the right product fastest if you place a second order while returning your first order.
