At Zectron,our shipping service is designed to ensure that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner.

Currently, we ship to many countries worldwide and you can see the details of the countries where we support free shipping on the checkout page on our online store. Please note we may not be able to ship to certain remote/isolated areas of these regions. If this is the case, we will contact you for alternative solutions. Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes.

When pre-ordering a product, the estimated date of shipment will be listed in the product title and description.

Zectron ships using FedEx and USPS,or DHL shipping services based on the size/weight of your order and your delivery address.

When your bike ships, you will receive an automated email with your tracking information.
